We at Blackhorse Animal Hospital strive to make your experience here as pleasant as possible. We are all animal lovers and we work hard to create a warm, inviting and comfortable environment for you and your furry family member.
Once you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly staff members who will get you checked in. Our goal is to make sure you are seen in a timely manner so we will work very hard to make that happen. Once you have checked in, one of our medical staff members will then escort you into an exam room. There in the room, the technician will ask questions regarding your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit. This information will be given to the veterinarian that you will be seeing. Our veterinarians will then take the time to make sure we address all questions or concerns you may have before we begin treatment.
Any diagnostic testing or vaccines will not be given until we have discussed what is being performed to make sure we are all on the same page. Once the exam and testing have been performed, our technicians will make sure we have answered all questions before escorting you to the front desk to check out.
