Get To Know Our Doctors
Fred Schneider, DVM
Dr. Frederick Schneider is the owner of Blackhorse Animal Hospital. A Houston native, he attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science in 1989, a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science in 1990 and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1993.
After graduating, Dr. Schneider practiced veterinary medicine at hospitals in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and the Spring/Cypress area before establishing Blackhorse Animal Hospital in 2007.
Kristen Endsley, DVM
Dr. Kristen Endsley grew up in Austin, Texas. She then moved to College Station to attend school where she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2009 and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Endsley’s professional interests include preventative medicine, dermatology, feline medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She is a member of both the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Samantha Monier, DVM
Dr. Samantha Monier (Mon`et)is from a small town in North Texas called Peaster. She grew up on a farm spending most of her time with her horses and dogs. She moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M to complete her pre-requisite courses for veterinary school and completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017.
Dr. Monier enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but takes a special interest in nutrition, preventative medicine, ophthalmology and surgery. She is also a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
Meredith Daniel, DVM
Dr. Meredith Daniel was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology at Texas A&M University in 2006 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2011.
Dr. Daniel is motivated by the relationships she has with her clients and patients. She enjoys all aspects of caring for her patients, but she takes particular interest in preventative care, dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, and surgery. She is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA)and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
